Reviews and Ratings
I checked in for a couple of nights while visiting family in Edmund. The hotel was more toward the end of a hallway, and it was 63 degrees when we arrived until 4:20.
This hotel is a great place to crash if you're in town, offering spacious rooms with the luxury of a separate living room and bedroom. The service is pleasant and accommodating, although some staff members had mediocre skills. The location is very convenient, surrounded by plenty of dining and shopping options. The dining experience is a notch above regular hotel breakfasts, although some savings would have been nice. The facilities are noteworthy, with the delicious tapas being a highlight.
Over my stay during graduation weekend on May 14-15, the hotel's King Suite was large and clean, featuring a separate living and bedroom area. The service was found lacking as the staff seemed preoccupied, with the location offering convenient access to various dining and shopping options. Despite certain drawbacks in service, the overall experience was pleasant and comfortable.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was great, near many restaurants and close to where I needed to be. The rooms, on the other hand, were not up to date and felt like they were either not ready for guests or still occupied by someone. The service during check-in for my group was pleasant, but there were some limitations in terms of room preparation. Overall, it was an average experience with room for improvement.
The hotel rooms were very clean, but they ran out of food at the breakfast buffet and were slow to refill. The staff was nice and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was excellent, close to the Turnpike and restaurants. The dining experience was not the greatest, but the hotel facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel had a mix of positives like spacious and comfortable rooms but also some drawbacks like cleanliness issues and a slightly unenthusiastic staff member. It was conveniently located near the Quail Springs Mall with various dining options nearby.
